About the Author
Author John Isaacs based his book on the bedtime stories
he told his five children about his childhood. He grew up in
Science Hill, Kentucky, nestled in the western foothills of the
Central Appalachian Mountains. He now lives in Lawrenceburg,
Kentucky with his children and wife, Rebecca.
