Meet the Author

Dr. Joan Humberto Marcelino was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is the author of Mis Versos (My Verses) and founder of Ministerio Internacional Fortaleciendo la Familia (MIFF), through which he conducts numerous seminars across Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States, all dealing with child and domestic abuse, anger management, improving self-esteem, communication and family values.

Dr. Marcelino works as a family and individual counselor in Miami, Florida, where he lives with his family.
