Meet the Author

Sherry Radford lives in Chula Vista, California, with Inkie, two other cats, a dog, and a hamster. Each of Radford’s pets is entertaining and has stories to tell. Radford is a high school teacher who is fluent in English, Spanish, and German (her native language). She has also studied French, Portuguese, Japanese, and Chinese.

In El Sábado de Inkie, author Sherry Radford combines enjoyment with education. Readers will be enriched and absorbed as they follow the antics of Inkie, a playful cat. After Inkie escapes the confines of his owner’s house, he delights in freedom for the first time. When his sense of freedom turns into fear, Inkie becomes anxious about the outdoors and eager to return to the safety and protection of his home.
