Meet the Author



Author Laura Guttridge graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in philosophy. Her work as a student is published in the university library. Laura is a lifelong activist dedicated to protecting animals. Presently, Laura is on the board of directors for The Animal Rights Foundation of Florida. In 2007, she was awarded the Humanitarian of the Year Award by The Humane Society of Vero Beach for her dedication to the protection of animals. The author would like to thank her husband, Bobby Guttridge, for encouraging her to write the real-life Gypsy's story, along with Jane Cartmill, Ilka Daniel, and Dick Kulpa for their important input.

In the continental US and Canada please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to arrive – Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional week. Orders for the UK and Europe please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. All other international orders may take up to 10 weeks for delivery. Note it is possible for the order to arrive earlier or later than the time frames given depending on the order destination.
