David G. Mattichak Jr. lives in Melbourne, Australia. He is an al a carte chef and has been cooking for twenty-five years. He is well known to Australian occultists and pagans, and has taught Ceremonial Magick. Loot is his first novel.

Jay Sharp is an ordinary guy living an ordinary life until he unwittingly becomes a victim of mistaken identity after a Melbourne inner-city heroin deal goes bad between Asian and Lebanese gang members. The gang members are robbed and violently murdered mid-deal by a couple of unknown gunmen. The lone survivor of the shootings escapes the scene to tell his boss he believes Jay Sharp stole their loot.

The Asians want their heroin back, the Lebanese want their money, the criminal underworld wants to steal, and the police want to catch them all! Will Jay be able to plead his innocence or will mistaken identity get him killed?
