Meet the Author



Between February 1999 and December 2002, author Jesse Cougot experienced a poetic journey that spanned from Houston, Texas, to Orlando, Florida, which resulted in his poetry collection Rudimentary: very imperfectly developed. Cougot has plans to pen a follow-up to this collection, as well as write other genres of books and create a screenplay. He now resides in Orange, Virginia.

This stirring collection of poetry expresses a young author’s positive and negative journey through life. The poems show confusion, spirituality, sexuality, anger, resentment, love, lust, freedom, politics, heaven, hell and suicidal tendencies with a possibility of an optimistic outcome and a new perspective to save lives.

This book is print-on-demand – the books are printed when they are ordered. Please allow for both PRINTING and SHIPPING time when ordering. In the continental US and Canada please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to arrive – Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional week. Orders for the UK and Europe please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. All other international orders may take up to 10 weeks for delivery. Note it is possible for the order to arrive earlier or later than the time frames given depending on the order destination.
