Following
her desire to move to the historic island of Crete, author
Freida Olivia Richards finds herself facing unimagined
obstacles, yet enjoying the wonders of the island.

husband and a plethora of animals, Richards settled on Crete,
quickly discovering the plight of the many abandoned and abused
animals in the area. Feeling the plight of those poor animals

About the Author

Freida Olivia Richards lives in an isolated area near the small
town of Kalives with her husband and pets. Her careers as a
nurse and social worker paved the way for her work with animals.
In addition to caring for abandoned animals, Richards and her
husband now run a small cat and dog hotel. Richards is busy at
work on a collection of ghost and mystery stories.
