make the subject of the email “BRW -
Title of the Book” , and
provide the title, quantity, purchasing contact, phone number, and
complete street shipping address (no PO Boxes) in the email itself.
An invoice with payment instructions will be sent in 1 to 2 business
days. If you do not send the email with a subject of “BRW -
Title of the Book” the
invoice may take an extra day or two.
Please Note:
You do not
have to have a PayPal account to purchase this book. You may use any
credit card. The link to use your credit card is on the left of the
PayPal Buy page you will see when you click on the “Buy Now” button.
You may either use PayPal or a normal credit card.
This book
is print-on-demand – the books are printed when they are ordered.
Please allow for both PRINTING and SHIPPING time when ordering. In
the continental US and Canada please allow approximately 2 weeks for
your order to arrive – Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional
week. Orders for the UK and Europe please allow 2 to 3 weeks for
your order to arrive. All other international orders may take up to
10 weeks for delivery. Note it is possible for the order to arrive
earlier or later than the time frames given depending on the order
destination.
