Dr. Edwards’ inspiration for this book came from the clients she coached who continually asked her for reading references. They wanted something that reflected the work they did together and she was unable to find any books that would provide them with the information they needed. So Dr. Edwards decided to create something suitable herself.

About the Author

Dr, Linda Edwards is the founder of Rising Star Training & Consultancy. She is an executive coach, trainer and writer with a reputation for enabling personal and organizational transformation. A chief executive at the age of 32, she has spent the last 13 years working as a consultant and coach to numerous organizations, Linda currently lives in Goytre, in rural South Wales with her husband Robert, two cats, Damson and Bramble, and a Welsh sheepdog, called Star.
