In The
Q-ube, a young girl is transported to magical worlds where
she must escape evil forces and protect the universe. Can she do
it?
Amy
discovers a trunk in her grandfather’s attic that allows her to
magically travel to strange new worlds and embark on a series of
fantastic adventures that span both time and space. On her
journey, she encounters dragons, ghosts and dream-catching
fairies that ask her to find the secret of the universe. Several
opposing forces – the Tempter, Controller, Time-keeper, and the
enigmatic being Mearon – seek domination of the universe. After
a horrifying battle between two powerful armies of gold and
silver chess pieces, one of the silver knights creates a vast
“hypercube,” which acts as a time machine. Soon realizing she
can restart the flow of time by solving certain unusual chess
puzzles, Amy must overcome her fears and use every bit of her
artfulness and wit. Will she be able to fix the flow of time and
discover the secret of the universe? Or will she be too late?
