Meet the Author



For more than 20 years, Dr. Michael Olpin has been researching, publishing, consulting and teaching about health, wellness, and stress management. He has taught at many universities and facilities around the country, and is the author of the college textbook, Stress Management for Life. He is currently a professor of Health Promotion at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, where he lives with his wife and four children.

An invoice with payment instructions will be sent in 1 to 2 business days. If you do not send the email with a subject of “BRW  - Title of the Book” the invoice may take an extra day or two.

This book is print-on-demand – the books are printed when they are ordered. Please allow for both PRINTING and SHIPPING time when ordering. In the continental US and Canada please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to arrive – Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional week. Orders for the UK and Europe please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. All other international orders may take up to 10 weeks for delivery. Note it is possible for the order to arrive earlier or later than the time frames given depending on the order destination.
