Meet the Author



Lisa-Anne Ray-Byers has worked in education and special education for over two decades. She has two Master’s degrees: Speech-Language Pathology and Multicultural Education. She is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist employed by a local public school district. Lisa-Anne writes a weekly Q and A column titled “Ask Lisa-Anne” that appears in four local newspapers. She resides in New York with her husband and four children. She hosts an educational Website as a resource for parents, therapists, and teachers.
