Author Ettore Grillo pens an
autobiographical narrative that takes you through his chaotic
mind and reveals the intense mental phobias that dramatically
crippled his life and lead him on a healing journey in,
Travels Of The Mind.
“Paranoid schizophrenia was
destroying me,” he says. Before writing this book Grillo lacked
strength, energy and enthusiasm. He was crushed by phobias,
panic attacks and anxiety; he walked the streets trapped within
his tormented mind and isolated from the rest of the world.
Travels Of The Mind
tells the true story of how Grillo recovered his life, vigor and
good humor after he began to travel. His journeys lead him to
meet many extraordinary people who gave him the strength he
needed to heal.
“Through this book I aim to
hand over to others the strength I got from writing it. So that
whoever reads it, can take advantage and eventually appreciate
this great opportunity that is our human life.”
