Cameron Readey grew up in New Hampshire and lives in Claremont. He is inspired by Stephen King. A car salesman by day, he is working on three more novels.

 

 

 

 

 

Where Is My Family is a thrilling suspense novel in which a teenager has to save his family from a vengeful kidnapper.

James Cursel’s mother is murdered when he’s just a small child. Her killer, Hank McKarthy, is tried, convicted and sentenced to death by a court of law. Years later, McKarthy’s son is out for vengeance and kidnaps the rest of James’ family, including his father and younger sister, Katrina. In this wrenching story of justice and retribution, James is a frightened teenager, wondering Where Is My Family as he sets out on a journey through New England. Desperate to find where his father and sister were taken, James considers his quest as “one man facing an army” as he searches for answers along the way. For a boy who wants nothing more than to forget the tragedy of his past and live a normal life, James finds life is anything but normal, as the novel comes to a most unexpected ending.
